Welcome

Hi and Welcome to my Blog about living a healthier life!

We all want to achieve that healthy lifestyle, but it can be hard to balance housework, jobs, social lives, dogs, children and on top of it all, a good physique.

It's not always easy, and especially when you are on your own. So let's work together to get fit, eat right and feel great.

My favourite Personal Trainer (an 8-time World Kickboxing Champion) always says: "Summer's coming", regardless of the time of year, it is coming! And bathing suit season keeps creeping up on us, and while it might seem like it sneaks up on us faster and faster every year, its important to maintain a healthier lifestyle 12 months a year as opposed to 4 months.

How to get started.

As they say: "You are what you eat", so it's best we consume foods that help us achieve a "Core Nutrition". These include a sufficient intake of nutrients, minerals and vitamins, and H2O.

I am here to help you get to your desired weight, eat right and look great, through workout suggestions, recipes and much more.
